This canvas is made using a heavy-weight 10 oz. cotton canvas, sized and triple primed, giving it a 14.6 oz. finished weight. It strikes a nice balance between both medium and heavier weight canvases, with a smooth yet supple surface texture. This canvas is easy on artist's brushes but sturdy enough to endure aggressive painting techniques. It works best with oil and acrylic paints, and is both acid-free and pH balanced.
