12-color Chalk Pastel Pencil Set General Pencil

Designed for tightly controlled pastel drawings, these pencils contain smooth, blendable pastel chalk pigments in a wide range of colors. The pigments contain no oils, so they can be blended with other media. Encased in California cedar wood, they may be sharpened carefully with the included hand held sharpener. The 8-color sets also include a sponge applicator.
