Faber-Castell's supreme artists' quality Castell 9000 and Pitt Graphite Matte Pencils have robust break resistant leads, thanks to the SV bonding process. The barrels are made of PEFC certified wood with an environmentally friendly water-based varnish finish.

Castell 9000 Pencils are smooth with finely ground leads. They are ideal for artistic work, demanding studies and sketches.

Pitt Graphite Matte Pencils, also smooth - have ultra-matte graphite laydown for reduced reflection on paper. With the highest tonal value density, they are especially suitable for monochrome graphite work to achieve maximum depth effects.
