A versatile pivot and push style bevel cutter for bevel cutting openings in standard thickness mat board. It features a 32" capacity baseboard and a hinging guide rail with two production stops. It also has a 90° squaring bar to hold mats square and a removable 20" scaled measuring bar for quick and accurate downsizing. It includes five extra #270 blades and an instructional DVD.
