Fluorescent Powder Paint is convenient and easy to use! Just mix equal parts of Powder Paint and water and you’re ready to get painting. For thinner washes add more water; for thicker, more rich colors add a bit less water. Rich, brilliant colors glow under black light and are bright in normal light. Caution: Pigments may stain. Wear an apron during use. Available in ½ lb. containers.
