The Blackwing Slate was designed to be the ultimate Blackwing pencil companion. Every Slate notebook has 160 pages of 100gsm ivory paper that is perfect for graphite or ink, and also features their signature lay-flat binding, matte cover, and pencil holster that comes loaded with a Blackwing pencil. Available in three sizes and three different cover colors (that correspond to different Blackwing pencil types), and four different page types (plain, ruled, dot grid, and graph).
The Matte has a black cover and comes with a Blackwing Matte pencil. The 602 has a grey cover and comes with a Blackwing 602 pencil. The Pearl has a white cover and comes with a Blackwing Pearl pencil.
The Large Slate is A4 sized, or 210mm × 297mm (8.27" × 11.69").
The Medium Slate is A5 sized, or 148mm × 210 mm (5.83" × 8.27").
The Small Slate is A6 sized, or 105mm × 148mm (4.13" × 5.83").
