Permawriter II Pens Yasutomo

This multi-purpose pen features permanent, waterproof ink that writes on virtually any surface. It can be used with fabric, paper, canvas and most other surfaces. When used to highlight oil paintings, any markings made with this ink will not be altered by turpentine. It is also handy for detail work under or over watercolors or fabric dyes. Each pen's cap is color-coded for easy identification.
